Terms and Conditions


  1. We are registered with the British Association of Hypnotherapy (BAHyp) www.bahyp.com
  2. All clients are required to complete a medical questionnaire and intake form prior to treatment.
  3. Our practise is very safe, if you are epileptic or undergoing psychiatric treatment, a letter of referral from your G.P to confirm that he/she is happy for you to undergo therapy will be required prior to treatment.
  4. Ruqyah Clinical Therapy reserves the right to refuse to treatment for any reason.
  5. Rapport and trust between therapist and client is a prerequisite in the process and essential in achieving a successful outcome. If this is not achieved, therapy may not commence or may be stopped.
  6. Where a payment has been made for treatment in advance, such payment may be retained if the appointment is cancelled by the client.
  7. The treatment must be paid in advance
  8. We offer no guarantees with therapy: Therapy is not a "magic bullet". In common with other therapies it, and therefore we, cannot and do not offer a 100% success rate, or guarantee success. We will, however, work to the best of my ability to help you achieve your goals.
  9. Therapy is a two-way process: We require a client to work with us and follow our instructions implicitly. Each client is unique and is treated as such. Clients differ greatly in their response to therapy. It is a learned skill. Therefore, each client may achieve a different level of success in attaining their goal.
  10. Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend a session, please contact the office as soon as possible, so the time can be re-allocated to another client. We will be happy to rearrange another convenient appointment for you. A charge of £35 may be made for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
  11. Insurance: My practice is fully covered by Westminister Insurance for Public and Malpractice liability, copy of insurance cover available on request.
